Method 1# Force Reboot

This is probably the first step you should try when you face any kind small or big issue on the Android device. Force reboot is a similar process of pulling out the battery and placing it back inside a device with a removable battery. In order to force reboot Galaxy S7, press down the power key and Volume down button altogether for about 10 seconds. If the problem is solved this way then great – no need to follow any other steps but if the device does not respond to this method, proceed to the next one.

Another reason of Galaxy S7 screen won’t turn on is the dead battery. Yes, might be the battery is fully drained and the phone went off. So, let your device charge for about 10-15 minutes and then try pressing the power key to see if the screen responds. Press and hold the Power, home and Volume up keys together for few seconds.
As the screen shows Samsung Galaxy S7 logo, release the power key.
After few seconds, you will notice Android logo on the screen, release the other two keys then and wait for 30-60 seconds.
Now use Volume down button to highlight any option and select it using power key.
This way highlight the ‘wipe cache partition’ and select it to perform.
Next go for ‘reboot system now’ and it will take a while to complete the whole process.
Once your Galaxy S7 is rebooted in recovery mode, it might come back to the working condition.
