What is TAC?

The TAC TAC is the first 6 or 8 digits from the IMEI of the devices serial number. The Type Allocation Code give information about the identify of any phone model.
To get TAC just enter the key code *#06# to your mobile phone
and read the significant first 6 digits from IMEI displayed on the screen.
